Donegal councillor tells how a waterfall’s new-found fame is affecting local area

It was one of Donegal’s best-kept secrets. But after a picture of a waterfall located between Largy and Killybegs appeared on social media, visitors have been flocking to the area to see it. For local farmers, landowners and residents, this is causing problems because of more traffic on the narrow road from Killybegs to Kilcar going toward Sliabh Liag. Independent Councillor Niamh Kennedy has been telling North West Today about the waterfall at Largy and how its new-found popularity is affecting the local area.
