Melvin Gaels are now top of Group Two of the Connacht Gold Leitrim Senior Football Championship after a 2-19 to 1-6 over Drumreilly on Saturday evening.
They lead the standings from neighbours Glencar/Manorhamilton, who have played a game less and were not in action this weekend.
Elsewhere in Group Two, Allen Gaels and Leitrim Gaels played out a 1-10 apiece draw.
In Group One, Mohill were 1-11 to 1-9 winners over Fenagh/St Cailins while the clash of Aughawillan and St Mary’s Kiltoghert was postponed until Monday afternoon (2pm).
In the Smith Monumentals Intermediate Football Championship, Naomh Padraig Dromahair collected an important two points when they defeated Carrigallen 1-9 to 0-11. Also in Group Two, Gortletteragh were 0-16 to 1-7 winners over Kiltubrid.
In Group One, Eslin beat Ballinaglera by 2-11 to 1-11 while the meeting of Aughnasheelin and Bornacoola was postponed.
