Calls are being made on Donegal County Council to suspend implementing car parking charges this summer.
The charges are due to come into effect from June 18th in the tourist town and Sinn Fein Councillor, Michael McMahon, is calling for them to be suspended for the remainder of 2020 at least.
He believes that due to the ongoing pandemic, the extra charges would make things more financially difficult than they already are.
Speaking to OceanFM News, Councillor McMahon says there a number of concerns about implementing the charges.
