Leitrim Sinn Fein councillor, Brendan Barry, has dismissed claims that he engaged in reckless driving behaviour after participating in a Leitrim County Council video conference call yesterday. Cllr Barry was travelling to Dublin at the time of the meeting to bring a relative to a hospital appointment, and insists he was listening to, and not watching, council proceedings
