Calls are being made on the Government to provide a support for League of Ireland clubs such as Sligo Rovers and Finn Harps that have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The calls have been made by Sligo Leitrim TD Martin Kenny.
The Sinn Féin TD says many revenue generating avenues are no longer available to the clubs at present and they will need support to safe their future when the restrictions are lifted:
