A Sligo secondary school principal has criticised the Department of Education for failing to provide schools with clarity on how the Leaving cert examinations will be staged in 2020.
Paul Keogh, the Principal of Summerhill College says the current situation is hugely frustrating for student, parents and teachers.
He says that although announcements are being made by the Education Minister in relation to the exams starting on July 29th, no draft plan has been provided to schools.
