Local authorities across the north west are raising concerns in relation to a worrying increase in illegal dumping since the outbreak of Covid-19.
The ongoing restrictions have led many to cleaning out houses and sheds with some deciding to dump their waste illegally.
Manorhamilton Municipal District Councillor Sean McDermott says illegal dumping has dogged many locations in the north west in the past, He is appealing to all residents to bring all rubbish to recycling plants.
