Kenny unhappy with decision not to publish report into alleged corruption



A local TD says the decision taken by the information commissioner not to publish a report into alleged planning corruption in Donegal is having a negative impact in restoring public confidence in the Irish planning process.

The report in question was submitted to the minister for housing, planning and local government, Eoghan Murphy three years ago.

 

A former senior planner had submitted over twenty alleged examples of rule breaches by the local authority.
