80 spoiled votes in Sligo/Leitrim not voters fault

A number of ballot papers were spoiled through no fault of the voter in the Sligo/Leitrim Constituency.

It appears about 80 votes were not counted because the presiding officer did not stamp the paper.

Analyst for OceanFM’s live coverage, Keith Henry, says there were a ‘considerable’ number of spoiled votes overall.

Speaking at the count centre, he explains the situation.
