Donegal top Division 1 after impressive Meath win



Donegal are top of Division 1 of the Allianz Football League after Sunday’s impressive 3-8 to 0-7 win against Meath in Navan.

Here are the match highlights:

Declan Bonner’s side scored two first-half goals to lead 2-2 to 0-4 – a half that also included two Michael Murphy penalties. The first was saved, the second found the net.

Donegal were rarely troubled thereafter and Michael Langan’s second-half goal helped put the game beyond Meath’s reach. The Royals are now the only team still without a point in Division 1.
