Garda, community meet and greet sessions throughout the NW



Local gardai, IFA and community group representatives throughout the north west are taking part in a national community engagement day today.

It’s an opportunity for members of local communities and local gardai to meet.

In County Sligo, the location and times of the get-togethers are 10:30am to 12:30pm at SuperValu in Grange, the Hilltop Bar in Culleens, and at Homeland Stores in Skreen, and from 1pm to 3pm at the Homeland Store at Deepwater Quay in Sligo.

In south Donegal, the get-togethers will be in Ballybofey, at Marley’s convenience store in Brocagh from 2pm to 3pm, and at SuperValu from 11am to 12pm; in Donegal Town at SuperValu, also from 2pm to 3pm; and in Killybegs at SuperValu from 11am to 12pm.

In Leitrim, the greet and meet sessions will take place this evening at 8pm at the Clubhouse in Dromahair, the Commercial Hotel in Ballinamore, Kinlough Community Centre, the Bee Park in Manorhamilton, the Community Centre in Drumkeerin and Clarke’s Hotel in Mohill.

Events will take place from 8:30pm in Berry’s Tavern in Drumshanbo and in Drumeela Hall.
