Calls are being made to ‘fast track’ flood funding in Co. Donegal so that previous destruction doesn’t happen again.
Donegal Councillor and Fine Gael general election candidate, Martin Harley, is making the comments.
He says some families have difficulty in securing insurance after their homes were flooded.
Speaking to OceanFM News, Councillor Harley says some of the works could take upwards of 4 years to be completed.
