INMO release latest trolley watch figures



21 people are being treated on hospital trollies in the North West today.

 

There are 19 on trollies at Sligo University Hospital and 2 at Letterkenny University Hospital.

 

Both patients in Letterkenny are being treated in the Emergency department while 5 of Sligos 19 are also in the emergency Ward.

 

Nationwide there are 573 patients being treated on trolleys at hospitals across the country

 

Cork University Hospital is the worst affected with 54 people waiting for beds, according to the INMO.

 

That’s followed by 40 at University Hospital Limerick and 39 at University Hospital Kerry.
