Almost 700 homes and business in the North West are left without power this morning following strong overnight winds.
229 are without power in Arigna/Drumshanbo, 157 in Geevagh, 118 in Aghagad, 77 in Donegal Town, 45 in Gurteen, 29 in Tubbercurry and 27 homes in Ballyshannon.
The power to most of the homes is to be restored in the region by 3pm today with the exception of Gurteen which is due to be restored by 4pm.
The ESB apologise’s for the loss of supply and will restore power as quickly as possible.
