Met Éireann has extended its Status Yellow warning for snow and ice until 10am Monday morning.
Scattered wintry showers of hail, sleet and snow are expected, especially on high ground, leaving icy stretches on roads and footpaths.
Drivers are being warned to be particularly careful.
