Reposing at Coen’s Funeral Home, Tubbercurry on Friday from 4pm until 7pm, with removal, via Doocastle, to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Bunninadden, arriving at 8pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday at 1.30pm, with the funeral proceeding to Kilturra Cemetery. Family flowers only. Margaret (Peig) Mullen (nee Harrington), Drumfin, Via Boyle, Co Sligo (Lacken, Boyle, Co Roscommon), former postmistress of Drumfin Post Office. Peacefully in her 96th year. Reposing at Perry’s Funeral Home, Ballymote this evening until 7.30pm. Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Thursday in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote (Eircode F56 A59), followed by burial in St Columba’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Kathleen Portman (nee Hoey), Ashfield Drive Commons, Belleek, Co Fermanagh and late of Abbey View Terrace, Ballyshannon, Co Donegal. Peacefully at Altnagevlin Hospital Derry. House Private at present. Reposing at the family home Ashfield drive on Thursday and Friday from 2.pm until 8.pm both days. Requiem mass on Saturday in Saint Patrick’s church Ballyshannon at 1.pm followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium. Family time on Saturday morning.
Ernie Higgins 77 Rathedmond Estate, Sligo and formerly of Bunduff, Cliffoney, Co. Sligo in The North West Hospice. Reposing at his residence on Thursday afternoon from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral will arrive to The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception Sligo on Friday afternoon for requiem mass at 1:30pm followed by burial in St Patricks` Cemetery, Scarden.
