Calls are being made on An Post to replace a number of post boxes that have been stolen across parts of Co. Leitrim.
Fine Gael Cllr, Enda McGloin, is highlighting the theft of a number of post boxes.
The Cathaoirleach of Leitrim Council claims these green painted, cast iron boxes are seen as antiques with significant value and is urging the public to report anything suspicious to the Gardaí.
After speaking with An Post, Councillor McGloin claims he has had no real success in receiving any information in relation to the replacement or investigation to the missing post boxes.
