Garda Yvonne Carolan speaking on North West Today issued a warning to parents in Mountcharles to know where their children are on Halloween night because of an increase in anti-social behaviour over the years. She raised concerns about large numbers of youngsters gathering for illegal fireworks displays and partaking in underage drinking. The gardai have confirmed that they will be deploying extra resources to help prevent a recurrence of such events taking place this year.
