Joe O’Hara, Chepstow, Wales. Son of Sheila and the late Frank O’Hara, Lurganboy, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim. Suddenly at his residence. Funeral arrangements to be announced later.

 

Anne McGloin, (nee Watters) Newtownward, Grange, Co. Sligo. Suddenly. Reposing at her home on Wednesday from 3pm to 9pm. Removal to the Church of Mary Immaculate, Grange on Thursday morning to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Rathcormac cemetery.  House private on Thursday morning please

 

Mary Anne Steels, Nee Callaghan, Nazareth Nursing Home, Sligo and formerly of Yeats Drive, Sligo. Peacefully at the Nazareth Nursing Home. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo from 5pm on Wednesday with removal at 6.15pm to St. Anne’s Church, Sligo to arrive at 7pm. Mass of Christian burial at 11am on Thursday, burial to follow in Sligo Cemetery.

 

Andrew Elliott, Ballydevitt, Donegal Town, Co. Donegal, F94 YND0. Reposing in his late residence today from 6pm to 10pm, and Wednesday from 12pm to 10pm. Funeral Service in Donegal Parish Church on Thursday at 2pm followed by burial in the Glebe Cemetery, Donegal Town. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if so desired, to the Donegal Hospice and Solace Cancer Support Centre, Donegal Town, care of George Irwin Funeral Directors or any family member. House strictly private on the morning of the funeral please.

 

Seán Lavin, Alderford, Ballyfarnon, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. Peacefully, at University Hospital Galway. Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon this evening, from 5pm until 8pm, followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyfarnon. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in Kilronan Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Cancer Care West, University Hospital Galway. House private please.

 

Kathleen Garvin, Ireland Heights, New Jersey, USA and formerly of Clontyseer, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. Sister of Genevive Tinney, Ashbrook Drive, Rossnowlagh Road, Ballyshannon. Reposing at her sister’s residence on Thursday evening from 5pm to 9pm. Funeral to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon on Friday for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am, with interment in the Abbey Assaroe Cemetery, Ballyshannon.
