Sligo Rovers end season with 2-1 loss to Bohemians



Sligo Rovers completed their SSE Airtricity Leaue Premier Division campaign with a 2-1 loss to Bohemians at Dalymount Park.

That result, coupled with Waterford’s win against relegated UCD, means that Rovers finish the Premier Division season in seventh position.

Daryl Fordyce gave Liam Buckley’s side a deserved 1-0 lead at half0time – but a second-half free kick from Bohemians Danny Mandriou and a penalty from retiring team captain Derek Pender n the closing moments gave the home side all three points.
