James (Jimmy) Scanlon, Woodbrook Heights Ballisodare, and late of Cartronhugh, Ballintogher. Peacefully at University Hospital Galway. Remains reposing in Saint Brigid’s Church, Corhownagh, Ballisodare, this evening from 6pm until 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12pm, followed by burial in Saint Nathy’s Cemetery, Collooney. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to CCU or the Stroke Unit at University Hospital Galway, C/o Gerard Clarke & Sons Funeral Directors, Ballisodare, Co. Sligo.

 

 

Norman Vincent Ashe, Barnasraghy, Strandhill Road, Sligo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo this evening from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Wednesday to Saint Mary’s Church, Moore, Co. Roscommon for Mass of Christian burial at 2pm. Burial to follow in Moore cemetery. No flowers by request please, donations in lieu if desired to the North West Hospice, C/O Seamus Feehily and Son Funeral Directors, Pearse Road, Sligo.

 

 

 

 

Annie McLoughlin (Nee Leydon) of 3 The Weigh Bridge, Mail Coach Rd, Sligo peacefully at her residence.  Reposing at her residence this evening until 9pm.  Funeral will arrive to  The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo on Wednesday morning for Requiem mass at 11:30am with burial afterwards in Sligo Cemetery.  House Private on Wednesday morning please.  Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Palliative Care, North West Hospice, care of The Foley & Mc Gowan Funeral home, Market Yard, Sligo.

 

 

 

Dick Chambers, Rathbraughan Line, Sligo former staff Bellew Brothers, Sligo. His body has been donated to medical research at his own request. A memorial service will be held at a future date. Enquires to Seamus Feehily and Son funeral Directors, Pearse Road, Sligo.
