Donegal TD says ordinary people will ‘continue to suffer’ until insurance premiums are addressed

The lack of action by the government in tacking the current issues that are dogging the insurance industry in this Country is leading to destruction of rural Ireland in particular.

That’s according to Donegal TD and Leas-Cheann Comhairle of Dáil Éireann Pat the Cope Gallagher

The Donegal based TD says that ordinary citizens in this country will continue to suffer increasing costs and massive hikes in their insurance premiums.

He has also warned that unless Ireland has a functioning insurance market that operates in parity with other European counties, the country will not be successful in attracting international investment.
