Hugh Keany (Owney), Earls Court, London, and formerly of Cloonaghmore, Glenfarne, Co Leitrim. Funeral service will take place in London at Our Lady of Victories Church, Kensington High Street, W8 6SA on Thursday 29th August at 11am. Burial afterwards at St Mary’s Cemetery, Kensal Green. Family flowers or a donation, if desired, to Alzheimer’s Research.

 

 

Michael John Kevany, Lugmore House, Castletown, Easkey, Co. Sligo. Peacefully at the North West Hospice, Sligo. Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina, this evening from 5pm, with removal at 7pm to St. James Church, Easkey, arriving at 8pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Monday at 12:00pm, with burial afterwards in Roslea Cemetery, Easkey. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the North West Hospice, Sligo, Care of C/o McGowan’s funeral directors.

 

Catherine Carr, Moygowna, Crossmolina, Co Mayo, wife of the late Sean Carr of Kinnakillew, Glencolmcille, Co Donegal.   Remains reposing at Hiney’s Funeral Home, Crossmolina this evening from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.  Funeral Mass at Moygowna Roman Catholic Church on Monday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please.  Donations if desired to the Patients Comfort Fund, District Hospital, Ballina.

 

 

 

John Mackey, Aighan, Bruckless. Peacefully at Harbour Lights Nursing Home, Bruckless. Removal from his residence today at 1.30 pm to the Methodist Church, Dunkineely, for funeral service at 2 pm, followed by committal in Killaghtee graveyard. Family flowers only please.  Donations in lieu if desired to Dunkineely Methodist Church.

 

 

Joseph (Joe) Greene (retired AI technician), Moss Cottage, Carndonagh, Co Donegal, and formerly Cartronmore, Drumcliff, Co Sligo. Peacefully at Carndonagh Community Hospital. Reposing at the Chapel of Rest in Carndonagh Community Hospital today from 2pm to 8pm. Removal on Monday morning at 9am, proceeding to the home of his brother, Leslie Greene Cartronmore, Drumcliff, Co Sligo. Reposing at his brother’s home on Tuesday from 3pm to 9pm. Removal on Wednesday to St Columba’s Church, Drumcliff, to arrive for Funeral Service at 2pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time on Wednesday morning please. Family flowers only. Donations, if so desired, to the hospice ward at Carndonagh Community Hospital, c/o any family member or John Burke funeral director.

 

Teresa Benson, Ballsbridge, Dublin and formerly of Keash, Ballymote, Co. Sligo. Peacefully, at St. Francis Hospice, Raheny. Reposing at Perry’s Funeral Home, Ballymote (F56TK20), on Monday, from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, followed by removal to St. Kevin’s Church, Keash, arriving at 7pm.  Requiem Mass on Tuesday, at 11am.  Burial afterwards in Knockbrack Cemetery.
