Ryanair flights — all operating as normal at Ireland West Airport Knock

Ryanair flights to and from Ireland West Airport will continue to operate as normal.

It follows the High Court granting Ryanair an injunction preventing a planned strike over the next two days by some of the airline’s pilots based in Ireland.

It means members of the Irish Airline Pilots Association, which is part of FORSA, won’t be able to stage their walkout tomorrow and on Friday.

The High Court order will remain in place until a full hearing on the matter can take place.

Donal Healy, head of marketing at Ireland West Airport Knock, says all flights with RyanaIr will operate as planned.

He adds that flight schedules will operate as published on the Ryanair website and normal check in procedures and times apply.

The judge in the Ryanair case ruled there wasn’t enough evidence all 180 members were properly notified of the chance to take part in a secret ballot for industrial action.

FORSA’s Bernard Harbor says they’ll be taking some time to consider what to do next:
