Tom McMorrow, in Melbourne, Australia. Formerly of 14 St John’s Tce, Sligo. Brother of Kevin McMorrow, Cartron Estate, Sligo; Maureen Crawford, Leicester, England; Irene Mahon, Stephen McDonagh Place, Sligo; Vivianne Browne, Maugheraboy, Sligo; and Marcella McLoughlin, Connaughton Road, Sligo. Funeral will take place at St Peter’s Church in Melbourne, Australia, today.

 

Eamon Burke, Mullaun, Cloonacool, Tubbercurry, Co.Sligo. In his 98th year. Peacefully in his home.    Remains reposing in his home this evening until 9pm.   Funeral to arrive in St Michael’s Church Cloonacool on Saturday morning for requiem mass at 11.30am,  with burial afterwards in Cloonacool Cemetery.

 

Mary-Ann Warnock, (nee Gallagher), Kinlough, Co Leitrim. Formerly of Castlegal, Cliffoney, Co Sligo. At Sligo University Hospital.   Removal from the home of her son John and daughter-in-law Helen Warnock, Mill Road, Kinlough to St Aidan’s Church, Kinlough, arriving at 8pm this evening. Funeral mass on Saturday at 11am, with burial afterwards in St Aidan’s Cemetery, Kinlough. House private at all other times. Family flowers only, donations if desired to North West Hospice, c/o McGloin Undertakers.

 

Vincent Rooney, Boyney, Ballyshannon, Co Donegal. Retired butcher. Peacefully at his late residence. Remains reposing today Friday until 9pm. Funeral to arrive at The Rock Chapel, Ballyshannon, for Requiem Mass at 2pm on Saturday, with burial afterward in adjoining cemetery. House private at all other times please.  As a mark of respect, Rooney’s Butcher shop, Ballyshannon, will remain closed until Monday. Pat Mulholland, Drumbeagh, Mountcharles, Co. Donegal and formerly of Lisburn, Co. Antrim, at Letterkenny University Hospital. Remains will be reposing at Gallagher’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Mountcharles on Saturday from 2pm until 5pm, with removal from there to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Mountcharles to arrive at 8pm to repose overnight. Funeral mass on Sunday at 11am followed by private cremation in Lakelands Crematorium Cavan.

John O’Donnell, Fuschia Cottage, Rosses Point, Sligo.  Suddenly.  Reposing at his sister Caroline Collery’s residence, Rosses Point, Sligo on Sunday evening from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.  Funeral will arrive to  St. Colomba’s Church, Rosses Point, Sligo on Monday morning for Requiem mass at 10:30am with burial afterwards in Rosses Point Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to RNLI Sligo Lifeboat Station, Rosses Point, care of The Foley & Mc Gowan Funeral home, Market Yard, Sligo.
