Bernadette Dougan, (nee Rooney) of 9 Nazareth Village, Sligo and formerly of 1 St. Joseph’s Tce, Sligo. In The North West Hospice, Sligo. Reposing at the Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo this evening from 5.30pm to 7pm, with funeral arriving to The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo at 7.30pm. Requiem mass on Thursday morning at 11.30am followed by burial in Sligo Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to The North West Hospice, Sligo, care of The Foley & Mc Gowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo.

 

 

 

 

Catherine Niland, Marino, Dublin, formerly Glasnevin and The Mall, Sligo. Removal to Our Lady of Dolours Church, Botanic Avenue, Glasnevin on Thursday morning, arriving at 10.50am for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Eugene (Gene) Gallagher, Caltragh Road, Sligo. Peacefully at the North West Hospice, Sligo. Reposing today at his sister Gabrielle and brother in law Seamus Devaney’s House at Breeogue, Knockahur, from 4pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday to Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Ransboro, to arrive for Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Burial to follow in Sligo Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the North West Hospice, c/o Seamus Feehily and Sons Funeral Directors, Pearse Road, Sligo. House private to family on Thursday morning please.

 

Paul Elliot, Keaveny’s Lane, Tonaphubble, Sligo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at his home from 5pm to 9pm on Thursday evening. Removal on Friday to Saint Anne’s Church  Sligo to arrive for Mass of Christian Burial at 11.30am. Cremation to follow at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at approximately 3.30pm.

 

Michael Campbell, Aughoo, Belcoo, Co. Fermanagh. Peacefully at his residence. Remains reposing at the family home today (Wednesday) from 2 pm until 10 pm and on Thursday from 2pm until 10pm. House private at all other times. Remains will arrive in St. Joseph’s Church, Cashel on Friday for 11am Funeral Mass followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only; donations in lieu if desired to Marie Curie, c/o Peter Carty Funeral Director, Garrison or any family member.

 

Rev. Paddy Murtagh, Diocese of Southwark and Tullinaglug, Tourlestrane, Co. Sligo. Peacefully at North West Hospice Sligo. Reposing at his home on Thursday from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm, with removal to St. Attracta’s Church, Tourlestrane,  arriving at 8pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in the adjoining church  grounds. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Irish Kidney Association or North West Hospice, c/o Coen’s Funeral Directors, Tubbercurry.
