The proposed redevelopment of the Hawk’s Well Theatre in Sligo has moved to the tender stage.
An assigned certifier will be appointed to coordinate the design, development and construction of the renovation.
The works will include a number of improvements such as a new disabled entrance.
Fine Gael Councillor and General Election Candidate, Sinead Maguire has been working on the redevelopment project as a member of the board for the past 5 years.
Councillor Maguire says the hope is to create the best possible facility for all.
