A North West MEP has branded Phil Hogan “a complete failure”.
Sinn Fein MEP Matt Carthy says he should be out of a job and someone else should become Ireland’s next EU Commissioner.
The Taoiseach is putting forward the outgoing Commissioner for Agriculture for another five-year term.
MEP Carthy says it’s the wrong decision.
