The deadline for people to submit their opinions on the proposed extension of the Western Rail Corridor is this Wednesday.
An independent economic appraisal of the proposed works is being undertaken by consultants EY-DKM.
Members of the public can submit their thoughts in an online survey which is available from the Irish Rail website.
It will seek opinions on the extension of the WRC to phase 2 and phase 3 of development.
