Thatched property owners throughout County Donegal are being encouraged to apply for funding under the Thatch Repair Grant Scheme.
The scheme aims to conserve Donegal’s traditional thatched roof buildings as well as providing specialist advice.
The closing date for applications is May 31st.
Donegal councillor and election candidate John Seamus O Fearraigh says it’s a useful scheme.
