John Francis McHugh, Leicester, England and formerly of Altonelvick, Beltra, Co. Sligo on the 3rd of April. Brother of Nora McHugh, Altonelvick and Sister Stephanie F.M.D.M. Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. Requiem Mass on Tuesday April 16th at 11am in The Sacred Heart Church, Leicester, England. Cremation to follow.

 

 

Kathleen Curran, Malinbeg, Glencolmcille. Peacefully at Donegal Community Hospital. Removal on Sunday morning to St Columba’s Church, Glencolmcille for 12pm Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

 

 

Mena Gallagher, (nee Gorman), Garavouge Villas, Sligo. Reposing at her residence on Sunday from 1pm to 7pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Anne`s Church, Sligo on Monday for requiem mass at 11am, followed by burial in Sligo Cemetery. House private on Monday morning please. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to The North West Hospice, c/o Foley and McGowan Funeral Directors, Market Yard, Sligo.

 

 

Muriel Elliott, Aghadoey, Ballintra, Co. Donegal. Peacefully at Donegal Community Hospital. Sister of Maisie Corrigan, Drummeny Lower, Donegal Town, and the late John Elliott, Ballydermot, Ballintra. Ex Magee Factory staff. Reposing in Ballintra Methodist Church Hall today until 10pm. Funeral Service in Ballintra Methodist Church on Sunday at 2pm, followed by burial in Drumholm graveyard. House private please. Hall private on morning of the funeral.

 

 

Margaret Monica (Mona) Farrell, (nee Gillan). Peacefully at home in London aged 93 following a short illness. Originally from Ardtrasna, Ballinfull, Co. Sligo. Requiem Mass in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hayes, Middlesex on Wednesday at 12.15pm proceeding after to Breakspear Crematorium, Ruislip. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers to Botwell Church soup run for the homeless.

 

 

Packie Johnny Gallagher, Meenakillew, Ardara. Peacefully At his residence. Remains reposing at his residence today. Funeral from there on Monday at 10.30am going to the Church of the Holy Family, Ardara, for requiem mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Remains will leave Ballycassidy House Funeral Home, 101 Killadeas Rd, Enniskillen BT74 2ES on Monday at 9.30am coming via Shore Rd and Farncassidy Cross, to arrive in St. Patricks Chuch, Belleek for 11am Funeral Mass followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Terence Burke, Drummonds, Glencar, Co. Leitrim and formerly “Millbrook”, Ballisodare and Kinnagrelly, Collooney Co. Sligo. Peacefully (in his 99th year) at Arus Breffni Nursing Unit Manorhamilton. Reposing at Our Lady’s Hospital Chapel, Manorhamilton, on Sunday evening from 4.30pm to 7.30pm with removal to St Osnats Church Glencar to arrive at 8.30pm.  Funeral Mass on Monday at 12noon. Burial afterwards in St Nathy’s Cemetery Collooney. No flowers please. Donations in lieu to Arus Breffni Patient Comfort Fund.

 

 

 

A First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated for James (Jimmy) White ,Castlegrove, Ballymote and Drumcormack, Ballymote today at 8pm in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote, Co. Sligo.
