Carmel Clooney (nee Nairn), Molloway Place, Sligo., and formelly of Connaughton Road, Sligo. Peacefully at home. Reposing at The Foley & McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Thursday evening from 5:30pm with removal at 7:00pm to The Cathedral Of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo arriving at 7:30pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Friday morning at 11:30am with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery afterwards.House private please. Family flowers only. Margaret Gormley, (County Councillor), Carrowloughlin, Bunninadden, Ballymote, Co. Sligo, peacefully at her residence. Removal today to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Bunninadden, arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon with the funeral proceeding to Cloonameehan Cemetery.  Family flowers only.  Donations, if desired, to the North West Hospice, Sligo, c/o Coen’s Funeral Directors, Tubbercurry.

 

Thomas (Tom) Calpin, Killbarron, Rossnowlagh Road, Ballyshannon, Eir Code F94E068. Peacefully at Hospital. Reposing at the family home this afternoon from 2pm until 10pm. Requiem mass on Tuesday morning in Saint Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon at 11am followed by Interment in the Abbey Assaroe Cemetery. Family flowers, donations in lieu if so desired to the Irish Wheel Chair Association, c/o Patsy McCauley Funeral Director or any family member. Family time on Tuesday Morning.

 

 

Bernadette Coen (nee McMorrow) of Cheshire, England and formerly of Tullinascreena and Market Street, Dromahair, Co. Leitrim. Removal from Fowley’s Funeral Home, Dromahair on Tuesday to St. Mary’s Church, Killenummery arriving at 8.30pm. Funeral mass on Wednesday at 11.30am followed by burial in Carrowcrin Cemetery.

 

 

Peter Cooney, Knocknarea, Co. Sligo. Peacefully at Summerville Nursing Home, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Reposing at his home this afternoon from 2pm until 9pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday at 11am in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Ransboro, Co. Sligo. Burial follows in St.Patricks Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Rd., Sligo. House private to family on Tuesday morning. Sean Sweeney, Hillcrest Park, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at his home from 4pm to 9pm on Tuesday. Removal from his home on Wednesday to Saint Patrick’s Church, Strandhill to arrive for Mass of Christian burial at 12 noon. Burial to follow in Saint Patrick’s cemetery Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo.

 

 

Sean Young Carrick Road, Boyle ,Co.Roscommon  formerly of Ballymaguigan, Co Derry, former bank manager of National Irish Bank, Boyle. Peacefully surrounded by his family at the Plunkett Home, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. Reposing at the family home, Carrick Road, Boyle (eircode: F52 V653)  from 4pm to 8pm. Funeral mass on Tuesday at 12pm in St Joseph’s Church Boyle with burial to follow at Assylinn Cemetery. Donations welcome to Mayo Roscommon Palliative Care c/o Mahon’s Undertakers.
