A Donegal TD is calling for measures to be taken to ensure the protection and continued viability of community employment schemes.
A review of the schemes is currently taking place but Fianna Fail Deputy Pat the Cope Gallagher is pointing to the value of the schemes for the various areas in which they are located as well as the benefits to the people working on them.
He has been telling Ocean FM News what’s needed to ensure the schemes remain viable.
