People travelling abroad urged to check MMR vaccinations up to date

People travelling abroad are being urged to check their MMR vaccinations are up to date.

It follows an increase in the incidences of measles and mumps, including in the north west where’s been 53 cases of mumps this year compared to 29 last year.

In addition, MMR vaccination rates have dropped slightly in Donegal.
