PSNI detectives investigating the murder of 30-year old Sligoman Pat Ward in County Tyrone have been granted an additional 28 hours by a court to question a 23-year old man and a 33-year old woman.
Both were arrested last Saturday morning after Pat Ward was found dead in an alleyway in Clogher, Co Tyrone.
Meanwhile, Ward’s sister Bridget says their family are in total shock, telling the BBC that her soulmate had been taken away from her.
The deceased is survived by his wife and four children.
His 23-year old brother Tom was murdered in Sligo in 2007.
