The High Court ruled this week that a sum of 280,000 euro given by Ballyshannon woman, Della Kerrigan, to her friends, John and Jacqueline Keenaghan, in 2010 was a loan, and not a gift, as the Keenaghans had claimed. Solicitor, Damien Tansey, whose practice represented Ms. Kerrigan in court, insists the money loaned wil be paid back in full, in accordance with the court judgement
