A very cold night with severe frost.
That’s the latest prediction from Met Eireann as the north west braces for the second night of the first cold snap of the winter.
Freezing conditions will make driving conditions hazardous again tomorrow, Thursday, morning and motorists are again advised to be extremely cautious, particularly as melted slush may have frozen over.
Met Eireann forecaster Vincent O Shea spoke to Ocean FM News earlier today.
