A group campaigning to save a post office in North Sligo is appealing to people to attend a public meeting in the area tonight.
Ballinful Post Office was closed last August and members of the community in the Maugherow area have been campaigning since then for An Post to reverse its decision.
It will now hold another public meeting in Maugherow Hall at tonight at 8pm.
Campaigner Orna McSweeney says she feels they have been ‘cheated’ out of their post office.
