There’s renewed concern among businesses and farmers in the north west this morning after the vote in the House of Commons last night that saw British Prime Minister Theresa May’s Brexit deal defeated.
Speaking to Ocean FM News from Westminster yesterday evening, IFA president Joe Healy says there is incredible concern over a variety of issues including the future of various markets and fears that Britain might pursue a cheap food policy, which would be detrimental to Irish agriculture.
Mr Healy also added that there are some very specific concerns for those who regularly cross the border.
