A Donegal councillor says the upgrade of the sewerage plant in Mountcharles is being ‘kicked down the road.’
Sinn Fein Councillor Noel Jordan says it was announced in 2015 that the Mountcharles plant would be included in Irish Water’s capital plan.
But he says a recent report states it ‘may’ be included in the 2024 plan.
Cllr Jordan says this is unacceptable.
