The Catholic bishop of Elphin says the fight against abortion must continue.
And although abortion legislation has now been passed by the Dail, Bishop Kevin Doran says any law that suggests life is not deserving of protection has ‘no moral force’ and has to be resisted.
He also suggests the rights of conscientious objectors are not confined to healthcare professionals and pharmacists:
