Helen Maguire, Late of East Port, Ballyshannon. Peacefully at the Shiel Hospital, Ballyshannon. Reposing at the Shiel Hospital Mortuary today from 5pm with removal at 6.30pm to arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, The Rock, Ballyshannon for 7pm. To repose overnight. Mass of the resurrection in St. Joseph’s Church, The Rock on Saturday at 11am with interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to the Shiel Hospital Patients Comfort Fund c/o Patrick McKenna Funeral Directors, Ballyshannon or any family member. House Private Please.
Assumpta O’Connell, City Gates Apartments, Connolly Street, Sligo and late of Banks Drive and St. Brigid’s Place, Sligo. Unexpectedly at her home. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Churchill, Sligo from 5.30pm today with Liturgy of Prayer at 7pm. Mass of Christian burial in the Nazareth house Chapel at 11am on Saturday. Burial to follow in Sligo Cemetery.
Sr. Pius O’Halloran, Late of St. Anne’s Convent of Mercy, College Street, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal and formerly of Kiltyclogher, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully at St. Catherine’s Convent of Mercy, Ballyshannon. Reposing at St. Cathrine’s Convent of Mercy Oratory today until 8pm. Removal on Saturday from the Convent at 12.30pm to arrive at St. Patricks Church, Ballyshannon for Mass of the Resurrection at 1pm with interment in the Abbey Assaroe Cemetery.
Kay Hall, (nee McSweeney) Dublin and Coolbeg, Drumcliffe, Co. Sligo. Remains reposing at her home in Coolbeg, Drumcliff today until 9pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St Colmcille’s Church Rathcormac to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Carrigans Cemetery.
There will be a Month’s Mind Mass for Kathleen (Kay) McCoy, Carn, Gurteen, Ballymote, Co. Sligo in St Patrick’s Church, Gurteen on Saturday at 10am.
There will be a Month’s Mind Mass for Joe Davy, Drumiskabole, Carraroe this evening at 7pm in St John’s Church, Carraroe.
