The group of protesters who occupied a vacant premises on Old Market Street in Sligo for a number of hours yesterday insist they were not breaking law, as the cause they are highlighting is a national emergency. The protest was organised by the local branch of People Before Profit Party, and they insist such occupations will continue in the coming weeks
