Gardaí have located the vehicle stolen following an attack on a man in Riverstown in county Sligo over the weekend.
The incident happened between 10 and quarter past ten on Friday night when 3 men approached the car at Coopers Hill.
The man suffered injuries, his money was stolen and car were stolen.
Gardai have now confirmed that the vehicle has been located around 10km away.
They are appealing for anyone with further information or who may have seen anything suspicous on Friday between Riverstown and Ballintogher between the times of 9.30pm and 10.30pm to contact Riverstown Garda Station on 071 916 5122.
