Minister Creed: Public needs to have confidence in government’s mandate



The Minister for Agriculture says there is an ‘anxiety’ in the current government to have the confidence and supply agreement renewed.

It comes as a spat has broken out between the two parties with speculation that some Fine Gael Ministers want an election.

Minister Michael Creed says talks between the two parties will have to start soon.

Speaking to Ocean FM News last night he said the public needs to have confidence in the government’s ability to negotiate credibly on critical issues like Brexit.
