‘Lyttle’ things going against Rovers as Pat’s claim the win



Sligo Rovers boss Gerard Lyttle says the margin calls are going against his side after they suffered their tenth defeat of the season last night.

St Patrick’s Athletic claimed a 2-0 win at Richmond Park with both goals came in the second half.

Dean Clarke opened the scoring six minutes after the restart and Thomas Byrne grabbed the second from the penalty spot in the final minutes.

But Rovers created a number of chances on the night, and Lyttle felt they should have had a penalty as well.
