Donegal travel agent says people going to France hit by ferry issue

A Donegal Travel Agent says holiday-makers going to France in July are being seriously impacted with by the situation emerging at Irish Ferries over the weekend.

Irish Ferries took the decision to cancel a number of affected sailings between the 12th and the 29th of July as a result of a delay in its new WB Yeats ship being delayed at the shipyard in Germany.

Many holiday-makers were outraged when they received an email on Friday evening and face significant disruption to holiday plans.
