Crowded House star, Nick Seymour, has backed a campaign to save the post office in his adopted village of Easkey in Co, Sligo.
Nick was among dozens of local residents who spoke on the issue during an Ocean FM live broadcast from the village this morning.
Nick, from the band made famous by hits such Don’t Dream It’s Over and Weather With You moved to Easkey seven years ago having been attracted by its surfing opportunities.
An Post has indicated the post office may close on the retirement of the current postmaster next month. Nick spoke with Niall Delaney
