Gardai in Sligo and Donegal investigate road crashes



Gardai have been dealing with a number of crashes on the roads today due to the bad weather.

Sligo Gardai say they hope the main N15 north of Drumcliffe will reopen soon after a crash earlier.

A number of people had to be brought to hospital after the two vehicle crash.

Meanwhile, Gardai in Milford in Donegal are investigating a Road Traffic Crash between a van and a tractor on the N56 at Coolboy Big between Letterkenny and Kilmacreenan this morning.

The driver of the van was taken to Letterkenny hospital but the injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Witnesses are asked to contact Milford Garda Station.
