Motorists are urged to drive with caution this morning because of the possibility of ice on roads, particulalrly those that are untreated, such as local narrow roads.
Roads around Donegal Town are reported to be bad but gritters are out in the county from 6 o clock this morning.
Caution is also urged when driving in Ballymote and Tubbercurry areas of Sligo; gritters are also out in these areas.
A Status Yellow low-temperature remains in place until 10 o clock this morning.
Air temperatures are coldest inland, down to -3 in places.
